The control of moisture content, for the stability of bamboo board has a very important role, moisture content is not controlled, will directly lead to bamboo board deformation, cracking and other serious quality problems.
There are several key steps:
When the bamboo tube is split into bamboo strips, which contains sugar and water, the bamboo strips at this time are very fresh and the moisture content will be very high, about 30-50%.
Then, SANZOO® control the water content of fresh bamboo strips through six steps.
Step 1: The first time we put the bamboo strips into the carbonization equipment to extract the water from the bamboo strips.
Step 2: The first time we put the bamboo strips into the drying equipment;
Step 3: Put the bamboo strips into the carbonisation equipment for the second time;
Step 4: Put the bamboo strips into the drying equipment for the second time.
Step 5: Put the bamboo strips into the carbonization machine for the third time;
Step 6: Put the bamboo strips into the drying equipment for the third time;
After the above six steps, the moisture content of bamboo strips is reduced from 20%-30% to less than 10%.
Then, SANZOO® control the water content of fresh bamboo strips through six steps.
