SANZOO factory is located in the famous Mao bamboo hometown, so SANZOO can choose the best materials. SANZOO strictly ask that all of our bamboo materials be 4-5 years old. There is a strict selection process from the diameter of bamboo to its growth height, the 4-5 years mao bambu is the best choice for bamboo plywood, countertops, panels, decoration boards, and even construction structure material. During this period bamboo keeps the strength and flexibility balance.
SANZOO fully automated equipment will select pcs by pcs. They pick out the decay, cracked, knots, remained skin strips. For vertical pressed board, SANZOO will double select the better panels as plywood surfaces. At the same time, SANZOO workers will match the strips and boards’ colour according to the order demands. Sort out the light or dark colour strips. So the finished panels’ colour will be uniform and beautiful.
the moisture content is the key to keeping the board stable. So according to different countries’ climates, SANZOO strictly controls the kiln dry temperature and the time. After the kiln dries, SANZOO needs to double-check the next steps. If necessary, SANZOO will put the strips or boards into the kiln to balance the moisture. Before loading, our QC will check again to ensure the moisture.
Hot press is one of the important procedures in the bamboo plywood manufactory. To avoid the holes and gaps between strips, SANZOO has to carefully control the press time, temperature, pressure and time. Also to meet E0-E1 and NAUF standards, all the glue SANZOO uses is eco-friendly and non-toxic,formaldehyde-free. So SANZOO has obtained FSC certification.
SANZOO will check the thickness, length and width. Besides the basic sizes, SANZOO all check the 6 sides before packing. especially to decide which surface is an A grade.
When the board was finished, SANZOO selected the final products randomly for adhesion and moisture control. Normally our QC is cut into 6 pcs 150x100mm small board for test. And we will record all the data in the process. If any data doesn’t meet requirements, we will immediately inform our professional department to improve.
